The 2022 edition of Manual of procedure

The Manual of Procedure brings together the basic guidelines and procedures of Rotary.

It is accessible to all Rotarians and, more specifically, it provides Club and District leaders with the information necessary for their mission.

A new edition is published every three years to reflect decisions taken during the Convention, the Council on Legislation, and by the Rotary and Foundation Boards of Trustees.

It covers the following topics:

• Structure: the Rotary-Club, the District, Rotary International and the Rotary Foundation.
• Mission of Rotary: Guiding Principles, Areas of Service, Programs of Rotary and the Foundation, Strategic Directions, Awards, Rotary brand.
• International meetings: RI Convention, Council on Legislation and International Assembly.
• Documents: Rotary Constitution and Bylaws, Standard Club Bylaws and Recommended Bylaws, Foundation Bylaws
