Rotary holds a European (and world?) record

Transcript :

The 25th anniversary of “My Blood For Others” was celebrated from 18 to 21 January 2023 in Toulouse, District 1700, France.

This project was created in January 1998.

Since then, it has developed, year after year, in all 18 metropolitan districts and in French-speaking Africa.

More than 488,000 blood donors have been welcomed, which implies tens of thousands of lives saved.

Positioning in the center of cities, entertainment, improved snacks, reinforced communication, these are the main characteristics of My Blood For Others.

However, the most important of these features is the quality of the welcome reserved for donors by the volunteers of the Rotary, Inner Wheel, Rotaract and Interact clubs, all grouped in each of the cities for maximum efficiency.

The Toulouse collection, whose best result was recorded in 2017 with 3764 donors, prides itself on being the largest in Europe, and most probably in the world.

Rotary has every reason to be proud of this.
