Transcript :
From July 2023 to July 2024, Rotary faced global challenges and focused on mental health and wellbeing.
Members initiated numerous projects worldwide to improve mental health care access, raise awareness, and fight stigma.
New clubs were formed, and many joined the Rotary Action Group for Mental Health Initiatives.
Rotary also stayed committed to ending polio, raising over $50 million and securing a two-for-one match from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
The organization announced its fourth Programs of Scale awardee and launched the $30 million Healthy Communities Challenge to address childhood diseases in four African countries.
Over $417 million was donated to The Rotary Foundation in support of these efforts.
Rotary ended the year financially strong, continuing its work to create peace and provide hope in a rapidly changing world.
This success was due to the dedication and efforts of its members worldwide.
