• North America (USA and Canada): 70
• Europe: 14
• Asia: 13
• South America: 10
• Australia and New Zealand: 7
• Africa: 1

Please note that:

• The first President from outside the United States was Edward Leslie Pidgeon, Canada, in 1917/1918
• The first President of continental Europe was Maurice Duperrey, France, in 1937/1938.
  He is, to this day, the only French President.
• The first African President was Jonathan Majiyagbe of Nigeria.
  He is, to date, the only African President
