Rotary is headed by an International President, elected for one year.
The Board of Directors is composed of the President, the President-elect, the
Vice-President, the Treasurer, 17 directors and the Secretary General
The Central Administration is based in EVANSTON (USA) under the authority of
the Secretary General, as well as in 8 offices spread around the world
Governors represent Rotary International in over 500 Districts
The International Convention, open to all Rotarians, is a reflection of the
dimension of Rotary in the world
Council on Legislation votes on changes to Rotary’s Rules of Procedure
The Annual International Assembly aims to train the new Governors for their
future mission
Presidential Conferences allow the President to develop the themes of Rotary
International
The Institute is an annual meeting where participants discuss Rotary and its
Foundation. It is preceded by the Governor-elect Training Seminar
