The Rotarian Minute is a project of District 1700, initiated by Jean-Claude Brocart, Rotary Club Toulouse-Ovalie, PDG 2004-2005, District 1700, France.

The English edition came out in 2023, while the French edition was first published in 2015.

The Rotarian Minute ?

A new way of presenting the key elements of Rotary: one minute per topic, enabling you to improve your members’ Rotary culture : short texts to read during each club meeting by the Chief of Protocol – or any other member really !

Limited to a one minute by design, The Rotarian Minute will not disrupt the meeting schedule. The regular nature of these presentations, on all subjects concerning Rotary, will gradually improve the Rotary culture of all our members.
